How it works & notes
Bills are matched on Bill No. + Amount. In your books the bill no. is read from the Ref No column (TDS lines are ignored); in the party ledger it is read from the Vch No. / sale line.
Scanned (image) party ledgers are read with in-browser OCR. OCR can misread digits — always eyeball the Amount Mismatch and Unmatched sheets against the original PDF before acting.
Differences equal to a party credit note are auto-flagged (party posted a return/discount separately).
100% local processing. Internet is used only once to load the PDF/OCR/Excel libraries; no file is uploaded anywhere.
